Travel Documents
- Your passport -Ensure your passport was issued with 10 years validity
- Letter of support from your employer sending you.
- Letter of invitation from whomever is inviting or hosting you.
- Schengen compliant health insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 per employee. This is not travel insurance.
- Proof of return travel and accomodation.
- Evidence of sufficient funds.
If you think you might be working rather than visiting then you might need a work permit or a visa.
If your activity benefits from an exemption, the letters of support and invitation are an opportunity to explain that you are travelling under a work permit exemption. You will need to quote the specific law and exemption that you will be travelling under.
